Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse → Add to cart → Checkout → Enter delivery & payment → Confirm. You’ll get an instant email + SMS confirmation + tracking link.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Clearpay (split into 4). All cards accepted — no hidden surcharges.
Q: Is my payment safe?
A: 100% secure. We use PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout (same standard as UK banks) + 256-bit SSL encryption. No card data stored.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping (UK & almost other countries)
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Standard: 2–5 working days (free over $100). Express next-day: £4.99 (order by 3pm Mon–Fri). Same-day delivery in London (T&Cs apply — check postcode).
Q: Do you ship to Northern Ireland/Scotland/Wales?
A: Yes — same rates & times as mainland UK (we use Royal Mail, DPD & Parcelforce).
Q: Can I track my parcel?
A: Yes — tracking number emailed & SMS’d once dispatched. Track live via our site or courier portal (link in email).
Q: What if I’m not home?
A: Couriers leave a card — you can re-schedule online or collect from a local branch. Free re-delivery within 7 days.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges (Easy Peasy)
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes — 30 days from delivery (must be unused, in original packaging, tags attached). No returns on opened hygiene or intimate products (for safety).
Q: How do I return?
A: Log in → “My Orders” → “Return” → Print free return label (or request QR code to show at Post Office). Drop off at any UK Post Office or book a pickup.
Q: When do I get my refund?
A: Processed within 1–3 working days after we receive your return. Refunds go back to original payment method (takes 3–5 business days to appear).
Q: Can I exchange for a different size/color?
A: Yes — return the original, then place a new order (we’ll refund the first one once returned). Or use “Exchange” option during return flow (if stock allows).
🛡️ Warranty & Quality Guarantee
Q: Is everything brand new and genuine?
A: Absolutely. We source directly from UK/EU distributors or brand HQ. No grey market, no fakes. If you doubt authenticity, send us a photo — we’ll verify it.
Q: What’s the warranty?
A: 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all electronics. 6 months on accessories. Doesn’t cover accidental damage, water ingress, or misuse. Register your product online for extended cover (optional).
Q: Product is faulty — what do I do?
A: Report within 14 days with photos/video. We’ll issue immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Use “Report Issue” button in your account.
